Systemic Family Constellation group workshops are not only an individual process, but also a collective experiential space. In these workshops, not only the person having a constellation, but also those participating as representatives or observers often come into contact with parts of their own story. The dynamics that emerge within the group tend to touch shared human experiences, creating a space for insight and transformation for everyone involved.
In each workshop, approximately 4–6 participants will have the opportunity for an individual constellation. However, in systemic work, being present as a representative or observer can be just as meaningful as being the client. Many participants find themselves gaining important personal insights while witnessing someone else’s process.
To create a deeper, safer, and more intimate space, the workshops are intentionally kept boutique in size. Group capacity is limited to 8–10 participants. The workshop takes place in a calm, carefully curated environment designed to support presence, safety, and connection.
Systemic group work offers an opportunity to look not only at one’s personal story, but also at relationships, family systems, and sometimes dynamics that may have been carried across generations.
Workshop hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Light food, snacks, and drinks will be provided throughout the day.
Location: 26 Wheaton Road, BH7 6LJ, Bournemouth, UK.
