About Simea Secil

I am Simea Secil Eldek, based in Bournemouth, UK, with roots in Izmir, Turkey. I live here with my husband and two sons. I hold a degree in Sculpture from Akdeniz University and built a professional career as a designer, particularly in jewelry, where I founded and running my own design company in the UK.

Beyond my career in art and design, I have always been deeply drawn to spirituality, the human psyche, and alternative approaches to healing.

My roots are touched by Sufi philosophy, passed down through my grandmother, a Sufi master whose understanding of love, humility, and presence has deeply shaped my way of seeing. From this heritage, I learned to listen beyond words — to what moves quietly beneath the surface. This way of perceiving naturally flows into my constellation work, where presence, compassion, and deep listening are at the heart of every session.

Over the years, this natural interest and curiosity has led me to study a range of modalities, including kinesiology, psychokinesiology, Matrix work, natural stones, and the use of biotensor and pendulum, much of which I learned under the guidance of Dr. Teoman Karadağ.

This journey naturally evolved into the profound practice of systemic family constellations. Through both personal experience and professional training, I have come to recognize that the patterns we carry are not only individual but also deeply embedded within our family systems.

My background in art and creativity has become a deeply valuable foundation in my Family Constellation work. The sensitivity, presence, and openness that art requires also allow me to approach constellations with an attuned eye and heart. Through my training “Working with Art & Creativity and the Family System” with Francesca Mason Boring, I discovered how such a creative foundation can enrich systemic work, and I continue to develop and deepen this integration in my practice.

I am currently participating in an ongoing, advanced and highly intensive international training program, offered through Constellation Intensive.

Constellation Intensive is an international professional training program in systemic family constellations, bringing together highly recognized teachers from around the world. It offers advanced, certification-based training that combines theory, experiential practice, and facilitation skills.

I am currently engaged in an intensive advanced training program, while also facilitating constellations and offering sessions in both Turkish and English.

Here is a selection of international advanced trainings and workshops I have attended as part of my ongoing professional development:

Lifelong Learning and Intention

My training is ongoing, and I embrace learning as a lifelong journey. Each step of my professional development deepens not only my knowledge but also my ability to serve others. My intention is to create a safe and respectful space for those I work with, where hidden dynamics can be brought to light — opening the way to clarity, healing, and new perspectives for moving forward.
